Wod #1 Russian squat day 2

Wide #2 20 minute amrap

250 meter row
1 muscle up to 5 ring dips ir you do t have mu then do 10 ring dips

Wod #3 for time

15-12-9

Ghd sit ups
chest 2 bar pull ups

    Wod 2 9 rounds plus 1 row (2500m rowed) 2 rds with 1 mu and 5 ring dips, rest 10 ring dips
    Wod 3 3:22 (no ghd, so I did 14lb wall ball sit ups)
    51 burpees 2:37
    4x10 reverse hyper
    100 dubs

    WOD 2: 20min AMRAP 11 rounds (row 250, 10 ring dips) + 250 meter row (ie 3000m row, 110 dips)
    WOD 3: GHD/ctb pull ups (15,12,9) @ 3:30
