  1. Snatch worked up to 105 doing doubles, then 7x1 at 95lbs
    C & J worked up to 135 doing doubles, then 135 x3x1, 125 x2x1, 115x 1
    I wasn't feeling so great on either of those lifts, so I was just trying to work form.
    HBBS 7x3 165lbs
    Strict C2B 4 or 5 each time

    85% @ 2x105 and 5 at 95# (everything felt really heavy Sat!)
    Clean and Jerk MAx at 135#
    85% at 115#
    1a) 170#
    1b) 3 almost C2B every round with a green band... def chin over bar

    WOD-23:46 OHS @95 were super challenging but good challenging... definitely struggled to maintain stability through my core going down!
