World Wide WOD - WOD #2: 6 minute AMRAP:
- 4 minute continuous row for calories
- 1 minute continuous max rep thrusters (RX: 115/95; Scaled and Masters: 95/65)
- 1 minute continuous max rep box jumps (RX: 24/20; Scaled and Masters: 20/20)

  1. For garage games WOD 97 total, I did box jumps, thruster, rows. Im going 2 try a few diffent strategys, let me know if anyone has good idea/good outcome.

    the comp blog wasnt out when we did our wods today, so we did posted wods.
