WOD 10/11/11

2-2-2-2-2-2-1
Power/squat cleans take your time building up to a 2 rep max and then test your 1 rm and see where it is.

 This is not meant to be a true 1rm just a heavy clean after heavy doubles.  


Wod #2 
15 min AMRAP of:
9 Deadlifts 155/100
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps 24/20


Wod # 3

3 rounds for time 

10 chest 2 bar pull ups
3 rope climbs 
20 steps Overhead lunge walk 45/25

    WOD 2 - 9 rounds plus 5 DLs

    WOD 3 - 12:05 and sprained an ankle.

    WOD 2 - 9 Rounds plus 30
