Do either World Wide Wod 1or Again Faster Wod 1

Again Faster Must be DOne and in by tonight

Then "Screw Annie" from main blog

rest 2 min find max overhead squats in 3 minutes  115/80

Also spend 10 minutes working muscle ups either bar or ring

perform 3/4/5 on the minute for 10 minutes
