10 minutes to establish a 1RM Power Snatch.(everyone)
Notes: Take no more than 5 attempts. Warm up quickly as well. This entire event should take no more than 15 minutes.


Strength(everyone)
1a) 3 sets of  ME Bench Press @ 80% – rest 60 sec.
1b) 3 sets of 10 reps Reverse Hyper – heavy, rest 60 sec.

Jane/Kyle 1 arm dumbell snatch work (work on sticking the landing as low as possible)

5r/5l reps @70/60 go as fast as possible with good explosive hips and a deep drive under

rest 2 minutes

Perform 8 attempts each side @ 100/70 (goal is to hit all reps) take as much time as needed

Wod-(everyone) for total working time, have someone no rep you

5 rounds
row 250 meters(all out)
10 pistols (alt)
rest 2 minutes

Ap- Jane/Sharon/Kyle/Chris (spend time hiting sets of 10/5 unbroken hspu as fast a s possible working up to 30 rest 1 minute in between

Ali-work on hitting sets of 10 pull ups unbroken as fast as possible to 50 rest 1 minute inbetween
