O-Lift

Build to a 1 rep max snatch for the day
then

10 Perfect singles @ 80% of that number

Back squat - 80% x 6 x 2

Strength- 4 muscle ups every minute for 10 minutes

Wod- 8 min amrap

2 snatch 135/95
