Power/squat cleans take your time building up to a 2 rep max and then test your 1 rm and see where it is.
This is not meant to be a true 1rm just a heavy clean after heavy doubles.

WOD 3 - 12:05 and sprained an ankle.
WOD 1 - 135 (5), 185 (2), 205 (2), 235 (2)... then dropped back down to 135 for several cleans to work on my form
