WOd # 1 For Time


Wod #4 from opens

10min AMRAP of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats 120/90
10 Muscle-ups 



get as far as possible


WOD # 2 For Time 

30 Strict Pull Ups
30 bench press reps @ body weight(if you need to adjust weight do it as needed) 
30 pull ups
30 ring push ups


Wod #3 Spend 15 minutes building up to a heavy touch and go triple power snatch


After Party- Work on pistols

    WOD 2 - 22:47, Bench Press @95lbs, pull ups with orange band
    WOD 3 - got up to 75lbs, which is my previous 1RM
