Strength-

Deadlift - 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2 These are all working sets warm up with lighter weights but these all should be heavy at the reps and touch and go

3 Handstand push-ups
225 pound Deadlift, 6 reps
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders
