10 UB toes 2 bar(if you fall off bar you must start over)
10-8-6-4-2 205/135
Wod #3 EMOTH 8 chest 2 bar Pull Ups Until Failure (work on your form and speed)
Use the reverse Hyper for at least 4 sets of 10
