Wod 2/6/12

O-lift

Snatch - 75% x 1 x 3
Snatch pull off 3" riser - 90% (of snatch) x 3 x 3(you will be standing on something i will try and make a platform)
Clean & jerk - 75% x 1 x 2
Front squat - 84% x 2 x 4

Wod #2 From this weekends WODapoloza (top time on this was 3:03 and it was by a female athlete, top male time was 3:23)

Complete For Time:
3 Rounds
3 Snatch Complexes(Power snatch, squat snatch, OHS) 135/95
12 C2B Pullups

Wod # 3 Find a 1rm turkish get up you may use anything you like on both l/r

THis is important as we will be working these more often as they are popping up in comps all around! so we need to know your 1rm or close to it

    WOD 2 - @75lbs - 6:27
    WOD 3 - Left arm - 35lbs
