Jerk - max for day; 80% of that x 1 x 3
Power snatch - 70% x 3 x 3
Power clean - 70% x 3 x 3
Push press - 82% x 4 x 4
Wod #2 ABS WOd
"Running From The Ku Klux Klan" 5 Overhead Squats then Burpees until the end of the minute, then 5 Power Snatches then Burpees until the end of the minute, then 5 Power Cleans then burpees until the end of the minute, then back to 5 Overhead Squats and Burpees until you get to 100 Burpees (95/65)

5 sets of 500 meter rows for all out max effort
rest 2 minutes in between sets goal is to stay on same pace
kyle and i did 21-15-9 ghd's and hspu's. we didnt time it, but i would guess around 10 minutes. back was still very tight from 3rep max DL last saturday
