Muscle snatch - 65% x 5, 70% x 4 x 2, 75% x 3
    - 2-position clean (floor, mid-thigh) - 77% x 2 x 2, 81% x 2 x 2
    - Snatch deadlift - 105% (of snatch) x 5 x 5
    - Front squat - 80% x 4 x 3, 85% x 4 x 2 

Wod # 1 

10-1 squat cleans 135/95
1-10 chest 2 bar pull ups

Wod # 2

 
5 minutes to complete:

1 set ME UB Muscle-Ups, then…

EMOM for the remaining 4 minutes 3 UB Muscle-Ups.

Wod # 3

3 rounds

Row a sub 2 500 meter

then complete max reps Ub dubs

rest 1 minute between sets
