2a) 5X5 Push Press – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.
2b) 3x5 Touch & Go Power Clean – heaviest possible, rest 60 sec.
so these are 5 sets of 5 and 5 sets of 3 ok people!

Rest 2 minutes after each round.

10 Perfect Kb swings unbroken(work with a judge) If you miss a rep start over
10 pistols 5l/5r
Wod # 4 500 m row go for a PR
